Cold fronts- Cold fronts is when the cold and warm air meet with each other. Cold air is coming and so is the warm so the warm air goes up and over the cold and the cold keeps coming and then the mixture of the two makes clouds. Often thunder storms come from this and harsh winds.
Warm Fronts- Warm fronts come from the warm air moving twards the slowly moving warm air. the warm air goes over the cold as the couds are being made by this and some storms as well. the warm air scatter and if the warm air is humid then their will most likely be rain and also might be foggy for days.
Sationary Fronts- Are when cold and warm air masses meet, but neither has enough force to move one or an other. when this happens it condenses into snow, fog, rain, or clouds. this might happen for days.
Occluded Fronts- Is when it is cought between two cooler air masses the coler air goes underneith and the warmer goes over. and the weather may be foggy or gloomy for a while.

A student going good to great!
A good student going to great is very possible. A student that wants to be better could do as the fallowing: You could study for an hour every night, write thigs down stay organised stay focussed, don't get invoved with bad people. Read the dictionary for fun, or possably eat breath and sleep better. You could also check your grades every day or week at least. Asking questions is always good. also staying on top of things. Thinking out of the box is awesome to do! Maybe even double checking your work when its done. their are many other things on how you could be a better student as well!

Photochemical Smog

Photochemical Smog is when their is a brownish mixture of the ozone and other pollutants. this is caused by sunlight and pollutions like hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides.
This smog is destroying the ozone so more and more that it grows the ozone hole is going to get bigger and then we will have more ultraviolet rays. this could damage the lungs, eyes, and throats of living beings.
we could esaly salve this by not using or making up theses pollutions. and try to help the ozone so the suns rays wont happen any more.

Earth's Atmosphere!
The Atmosphere helps us a lot by blocking the suns raise and creates our weather. Our moon doesn't have an Atmosphere and the sun hurts the moon from the raise and the moon gets hit by many meteoroids the earths atmosphere blocks the meteoroids from hitting earth when they do hit the earths atmosphere it burns up and never hits earth! Living things couldn't live with out the atmosphere . When the first man stepped on the moon his foot print is still their to day because theirs no living organism their and manly their no atmosphere.

Enigma Box
Mrs. Casey showed us a black box that has two holes on one side and one on the other. Mrs. Casey put about a cup of water in it nothing came out! she poured more and more until it was about eight cups. then the water started pooring out non stop until their was no more water left. We the class did not know how this was possible we had a few guesses like it was a pully system or a little cup was in side.... we finaly found out that Mrs. Casey put a staw or tube in side the box twisted and the only reason that the water did not come out right away because the water wasn't over the staw because of the pressure of the water flow the water wasn't forcing it through the straw cause it wasn't over the straw once its over then the pressure will keep the flow going. So now we can make our own enigma box with simple steps..... one get a rectangular box that can hold water...... second open one side of the box put a bendy straw in side that kind of makes a loop....... and have one end sticking out and make a hole on the top of the box....... then poor water in once the water is over the top of the straw the water will poor out and the force will stay the same because of the water flow.
